Clem's Desk is a service of Clem Automation Works LLC ("Clem's Desk," "we," "us"), based in Longview, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect from you and your customers, and how we use it.
If you or your customers opt in to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. The first message in any automated conversation identifies itself as an automated assistant.
You always keep your phone number, your accounts, and your data. Your customer data lives only in your own account and is never shared or mixed with any other client's data. If you cancel your subscription, your data is available for export on request and is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
We do not sell personal information. We never share your phone number or your customers' opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express written consent. We may share data with service providers (such as Twilio, GoHighLevel, Anthropic, Google, and Stripe) strictly to operate Clem's Desk, and as required by law. We never send cold outbound SMS to purchased lists.
Texas is a one-party consent state for call recording, so recording features (where used) operate on that basis for our current Texas footprint.
